Mr. Blau joined Kupelian Ormond & Magy, P.C. in March, 2008. He has practiced law since 1996, with an emphasis in commercial litigation involving construction lien foreclosure, real estate and business transactions, franchising, and bankruptcy/creditors rights. Mr. Blau has extensive experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.  He has represented builders, subcontractors, and suppliers in the filing and foreclosure of construction liens and bond claims and has regularly handled collections, real property disputes, contract claims, alter ego/successor corporate liability, shareholder disputes, corporation and partnership dissolution and creditor's rights matters.  Mr. Blau has represented purchasers and sellers in many business transactions involving the purchase and sale of their restaurants.

Mr. Blau is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law.
