Mr. Denha's practice consists of General Corporate Law including advising closely held companies with business formation and planning, and preparation and drafting of buy- sell agreements. Mr. Denha also advises clients on health care matters including advising physicians with respect to Stark law and anti-kickback issues and regulations, as well as bankruptcy matters in which he specializes in debtor representation, creditor relations, and related litigation. Mr. Denha also has represented numerous clients with liquor licensing issues including liquor license applications and transfers.
