Renee Sophia Coulter Southfield, Michigan
Ms. Coulter joined the firm in October of 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in taxation, government finance and not-for-profit law. She provided federal, state and local tax advice, tax return preparation and tax consulting services to individual and business clients, with an emphasis on serving financial institutions. She is also experienced in providing estate planning and financial planning advice to a wide range of clients in the areas of administration of estates and trusts, business transactions, public finance, real estate, and municipal matters. She received her B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University in International Studies and was in the Honors Program. She also served as President of The Johns Hopkins University International Studies Forum. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and named to Appellate Moot Court Honor Society and Law School Senator to the University Student Government. She received her CPA certification in 2000. Ms. Coulter will practice in Kupelian Ormond & Magy's business law, taxation and commercial litigation groups.
