Ms. Belisle concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, employment and labor, civil rights, municipal and immigration law. Her employment practice involves defending companies and municipalities in age, sex, religious and race discrimination cases as well as breach of employment contract and wrongful and constructive discharge claims. In her immigration practice, Ms. Belisle advises multi-national clients on immigration options for foreign workers and assists in obtaining employment and family related visas as well as permanent resident status. Ms. Belisle has significant experience in state, federal and appellate courts and was recently selected for inclusion in Michigan's Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition 2008.
