Stephon B. Bagne's practice includes real estate and general litigation, and real estate transactional work. Mr. Bagne frequently represents property owners in condemnation actions in which governmental agencies exercise the power of eminent domain. Mr. Bagne's real estate and general litigation practice is broad and includes lease enforcement, zoning and land use litigation, enforcement of brokerage contracts, wrongful demolition and other governmental takings, breach of contract, lawsuits seeking injunctive relief, and municipal defense. Mr. Bagne's practice also includes zoning and land use applications and real estate leasing. He has appeared in courts throughout the state of Michigan, has tried numerous cases before juries, and has argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Mr. Bagne served as clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Anderson, Sixth Circuit Court, Oakland County, Michigan, and as an intern to several other judges of that Circuit.
