Mr. Hiller joined the firm in April, 2003, and had previously been practicing law since 1996, with an emphasis in bankruptcy. Mr. Hiller has extensive bankruptcy law and litigation experience, having represented such clients as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees, Debtors, Creditors and Commercial Landlords in Chapter 11 cases, and conducted appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Hiller is a 1996 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law, where he was elected the Senior Class Treasurer, and helped establish a scholarship fund for students in financial need at the law school.
