Mr. McGraw concentrates his practice in the areas of employment, zoning, civil rights and municipal law. His clients are municipalities, school districts, hospitals, insurers and businesses located throughout the state of Michigan. Mr. McGraw represents employers on issues such as collective bargaining and the drafting of policies, discipline and termination, legal representation during the grievance process or other due process hearings, arbitration and litigation. With respect to zoning, Mr. McGraw assists municipalities with issues surrounding the adoption and amendment of zoning ordinances and master plans, the issues that arise during the hearing process and zoning litigation. He has significant experience in employment, zoning and civil rights litigation in all state and federal courts.
